    The stay here was really really nice on our first visit to Edinburgh. Enjoyed the way our luxury apartment in the smaller bedroom was. An electric kettle, a microwave oven and a personal safe were great.

    The view from the apartment was amazing, especially overlooking the cathedral. The bed provided excellent comfort for restful nights.

The restaurant didn't prioritize hotel guests, resulting in a disappointing end to a late evening when we tried to eat around 9:25 PM and were turned away despite tables being available. Plus, there were a few hiccups with the kitchen equipment and no direct phone to reception, a small inconvenience when needing assistance.
